What I liked
My team was very welcoming and supportive. I was given meaningful work from the start that not only was what needed to be done but also aligned with my skillset. Also, I learned so much about multiple areas of the business, not just what I interned in.
The summer intern program also included frequent lunch and learns, networking events outside of the office, and a summer intern project, where we were placed onto teams with mentors. We were given many opportunities to network with co-workers and senior leadership, as well as active guidance as we moved through the summer.
