I really appreciated that interns were able to talk with a lot of employees about their perspective on the markets. Everyone was very kind and willing to help out the interns learn.
What I wish was different
Most of the internship was done remotely which is understandable due to the Covid situation but it would've been better if people were able to work in the office.
Advice
Be willing to learn as much as you can and ask a lot of questions, especially after you do your initial research. Good questions will go a long way!

Network with everyone in your department and ask your manager to try to set up days to shadow someone for a few hours to get a well rounded idea of what you want to do after the internship

I wish that I had been challenged with more variation in the tasks I performed.
Advice
It was a wonderful experience and definitely a company worth applying to. Especially for freshman/sophomore year if you are a Canadian citizen studying here in the US.
