What I liked

I like the flexibility of the schedule. They are very willing to work with people's schedules and accommodate them.

What I wish was different

The one downside to the call center is that it is in a basement. There are no windows and it is often quite cold. It's somewhat grey and dreary inside.

Advice

Learn to read things exactly and verbatim. Also, strangers will frequently yell at you (on the phone, not from the management) so be sure to have thick skin.

It’s a bit of an adjustment but once you get the hang of the job it’s a lot of fun.
