I enjoyed the hands on experience and the cohesiveness of the sales, engineering ,warehouse, and management teams as we all worked together.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have been able to do a site visit to see the PV systems constructed, but we weren't able to work with the customers to schedule one.
Advice
I would encourage everyone to join the team at CED Greentech as it was a very tight knit team that was very welcoming and encouraged learning through every aspect of the business.

What I liked
The startup culture of the profit center I worked at, as the small team there was responsible for all inventorying, logistics, and P&L accountability for their distribution site.
