What I liked
The work environment was amazing, no micromanaging. You get your specific projects to work on and have to complete them by your specific deadline. Able to ask for help and necessary resources in order to complete your project. You are also able to communicate with the VP’s of specific departments. Nobody is too high up to have a conversation with. The CEO even goes around and has conversations with everyone.
