Electrical Proceedings Intern
June - September 2019 • San Francisco, CA
What I liked
I was given a lot of freedom to approach projects how I felt was best, without micromanaging. Also lots of opportunities exist to involve yourself in other projects beyond the scope of your original job description.
What I wish was different
Some people had a bit of a sour mood because of recent company events, but that's understandable.
Advice
Talk with the different people you see during your time here, many of them are involved in very interesting work and are willing to share knowledge and smaller projects that you can help with.

Meet as many people as you can, and just remember that if you are ever feeling timid or shy, you got hired there for a reason. They thought you would be a good fit for their workplace, and keep that in mind when you go to your job. Make the most of your day and learn as much as you can from others.
