Fascinating work, learning something new every day, strong intern training program, having actual responsibility as an intern, flat hierarchy, fun office culture, and working for clients at the forefront of global security and technological innovation.
What I wish was different
Work-life-balance could be difficult at times, some interns had significantly more work than others, and the atmosphere could get competitive.
Advice
Engage as much as possible with the projects you are on - don't take for granted the opportunity to immerse yourself with game-changing technologies and with industry trends that will shape the future of global security.

What I liked
The structure of the internship of working with two project managers for five weeks each was great. It enabled me to see a much wider variety of the work that Renaissance does and meet and work with more people at the firm.
