What I liked

I love that I was able to make an impact as a co-op. My co-workers saw me as an employee, not just a co-op. I was able to lead a cost saving reliability that saved the company $100,000 in the first year of the project as well as reduced emissions. I was able to lead a cross-functional team to produce the most equipment periodic reviews in a year. Teva has really boosted my confidence and believed in my potential!

What I wish was different

I wished Teva had a more structured co-op program and pipeline from co-op/intern to full-time like other big companies.

Advice

Don't be afraid to ask questions and talk to people! Everyone is always willing to help!

Not only did the experience boost my confidence in the lab, it helped build my foundational skills, such as problem solving and communication skills. I also made some friends along the way.
