Most Employees in the cafe were very kind and easy to work with. They made it feel like you weren't at work.

There were some conflicts that were left unresolved by management.
Advice
There is a somewhat specific mindset you need for this job. If you're not willing to go outside of your comfort zone and talk to everyone and make eye-contact then you will have trouble. I know this sounds simple, but the multiple levels of interviews usually filter out quite a few of their applicants.

What I liked
I liked that I had a lot of hours and membership perks. The kids were fun and it was engaging especially during field trips!
What I wish was different
The structure of the program was highly disorganized and needed more materials. There was just not enough space within the athletic club for how many kids were at camp.
Advice
After working my first full time job, I learned it is really physically and emotionally draining. Have the weekend/days off to rejuvenate was essential! Ask questions and communication with leadership/managers is key!
