I would let people know that if you are going to be a retail pharmacy technician, you will be doing a lot of customer service.

The pharmacists and the other pharmacy technicians were so welcoming. They helped me with all of my questions and were very accepting.

It took me a while to get into the system and it was very frustrating because I could not clock in most days.
Advice
Do not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. I am so thankful that I decided to o for this job because I now know what I want to do with my life and my career.

It was pretty stressful because of everything with Covid-19 going on. So I wish that some of the customers had been a little more understanding that have products in stock was not our fault.

Being in a replenisher role allows me to spend my entire day exercising my organization skills. I absolutely love this part of any job and it is much easier to see progress than with just helping out customers.
